I have had the complete package in for 3 weeks. Called and pressed zero. Comeone in customer service picked up immediately and informed that there are new notes by the negotiator. Transferred the call to loss mitigation. The 2 hour and 14 minute (!!!) wait time was worth it: I spoke to the negotiator, clarified questions that he had and he promised to send the approval letter within 3 days. We shall see. The loan was initially with Aurora and it was approved a couple of mionths ago before the buyer walked. They were able to use the BPO from Aurora but let me know that the BPO is good for 119 days. So, with the approval letter he will order a new BPO. I hope someone competend does it!

Just checking in here...might be getting a new listing with them. From what I'm reading they sound like a blast to work with =)

More tax incentives- Hopefully with 600 employees they can answer the phone. Finally got through after 1 hr. 20 minutes. Told me my BPO was completed on August 10th and it came in at $185K-$190K. Our offer was $166K. I asked how the BPO agent got in since the lock box was removed from the home on 8-6-2010. He said he didn't know why- but if I wanted to challenge I would need to submit an appraisal. I also asked why we were not notified and he said I should call every week. They do not do email correspondence and obviously don't follow up with counter offers.

One hour and 8 minutes to get a live voice only to be transferred to Ivan Gonzalez- 1 hour and 15 minutes into call.

I am 56 minutes into the call right now- was told a BPO was ordered on August 8th as well. They then stated they didn't accept our ATR after 3-4 conversations to get the offer to them- I thin they have a stall tactic with getting a notarized ATR. Time to file complaint with Fannie and OCC.

Luis, I spoke with them on MONDAY - they didn't like mine because their name wasn't TYPED on it. I asked if they had a company specific authorization and they said no. thank you for form!
