The worst company ever. I have two files with them, have had offers since Sep 2010 and now its Feb 2011 and one of my homes is going to foreclosure tomorrow because the services does not know anything. They received the approval from the MI yesterday but refuse to send it to Fannie Mae the investors and request a postponement. Really thinking never to take any more listings with LBPS as the servicer.

Congrats Luis! I have a short sale that is going to sale this morning at 11am....just got word the investor just postponed the sale! IBM is looking pretty good this monday morning!

Ifyou just call their main phone line, you will get the staff in in the contact management department.  They will ask for all the borrowers info and then, all they have is access to the most recent notes on file.  Most of them don't real;;y understant the whole concept - however, they are all very pleasant and willing to help.  The best thing to do is ask if there is a negotiator handling the file yet, if so, use the direct short sale number OR the negotiators email!   Short Sale Package Direct Phone:  877-649-0743

I can't believe it...! Tonight at 8:00 pm PST a fax arrived with my approval from Peggy Sult! What  a great way to start the weekend!  Our sellers are Vet's and Purple Heart Recipients!

It took 13-weeks- 65 business days from submittal to approval.  Would have been shorter if the file didn't get mis-routed in loan mod. It was 6-weeks to get the approval -from the day it actually got to Peggy Sult the negotiator.

thank you Sandy. I know that I am dealing with a negotiator there named Anthony whom I have spoken to only once about a month ago. I wonder if it is the same person. I will try the numbers you have.

Hopefully this is the break through with LBPS we have all been waiting for!

Today I was given the direct, 3rd party number to call into the short sale group.  It only took me 50 minutes on hold  to get Anthony in "Group 9"- the Short Sale Team!

Here is what he told me this is the number to call directly to the Short Sale Group they are known as Group 9.  Always ask customer service for someone in Group 9 to handle any short sale inquiry or status update.

It's REALLY creepy hold music and it FEELS like the Twilight zone.  I cannot think straight and it's hard to multi-task.  You sort of go into a trance.
