How is a buyer delay a listing agent fault? They have no clue how real estate works, evidently, and maybe this Green Tree negotiator is just at the end of her rope at the end of the day? I've met some really great people at Green Tree but they seem to be few and far between.
I have just been notified by a Green Tree negotiator that they are starting to flag listing agents who ask for too many extensions, and may flat out "deny" future extension requests. I have two in process, and with one there is a lender delay, the other is an oil-rig boat captain buyer who is out of town for the closing date. We cannot control these things.
After having my file closed once with both lenders, I reopened files with updated financials and a new PC for more money!Just got an approval today on my short sale with Citi as the 1st, although they have only given me until 7/26/13 to close. After several attempts to get docs to GT (the 2nd) via email and fax, finally had confirmation today that they have been imaged and my negotiator assigned. Tried to call her extension and got a full mailbox. Anyone have any recommendations on contacts or how I may be able to get them to review the file any sooner given my short time frame?
Need contact at Greentree for foreclosure date postponement. Been working on a short sale then a valuation dispute now we have a higher offer only to find out that foreclosure date is set for 7/5. Been on the phone with Greentree and nobody knows what they are doing or how to handle this. Any help with contacts would be appreciated.
Just received a "mailed" short sale package from Green Tree junior lien collector in Tampa. This is a standard package, except it says to MAIL the package back to them, not to fax it. They already have this stuff, as they are doing the senior lien which was just approved to closed by 7/1. It is apparently gamesmanship. Has anyone else run into this? The letter says do NOT call to confirm receipt of our mailed package. Incredibly professional.

Does anyone happen to have emails for any of the loss mitigation department? I finally just got it out of someone who was assigned to my short sale, but of course, her voice mail is full.. anyone out there have any ideas on how just to get an update on the file? been trying for days, there is no that will help, i just constantly get pushed to her full mail box....errggg
