I am a full-time Realtor having been in the business the past 6 years. Fortunately, I have a terrific sphere of influence who has kept my business steady, however, some of my work is derived from distressed sales. I work in the Boise and surrounding area which includes Eagle with both buyers and sellers. I have worked short sales successfully closing many but also know, the more information we can share with each other, the chances are better of continuing to have successful short sale closings.
