New emails for GreenTree Servicing
Does anyone know the middle initials for the contacts listed above
either Sherry or Doreen
I have a client who is exploring her options -- loan mod vs. short sale. Have you ever heard of a successful loan mod with Green Tree?
Yay! Congrats on the approval. :-) email me. I may be able to help with the COE extension issue. Thanks!
Finally received the approval letter 9/11, 4:00 p.m. - Yay! Carmine's suggestion was great help. The negotiator says COE has to happen by 9/25 or we will have to start the process over through Fannie Mae with a new BPO. It's not a Fannie Mae loan. There is no way the buyers' lender will process the loan in 12 days.
Has anyone had any success getting the COE extended without having to start over with a new BPO? Suggestions on who to contact at Green Tree?
Thank you, Carmine!
Judy, contact Customer Service again get name and extension. Have them email the negotiator. They will allow 48 hours for a response. If no response, contact the same person you spoke with they can now email the negotiator's manager. They should respond from that point. Also, sometimes Cust service will give you the name of the manager (negotiator's supervisor).
If this does not help, contact me and we can do a conference call. Best of Luck!

Approval Letter... Maybe
On August 24th Green Tree said they mailed the approval letter to the homeowner. She has never received it. Customer service reps say they are not allowed to fax or email the letter. Finally got to speak to the negotiator on August 30th and he said he would fax the letter to me. Still no letter in the mail or fax.
Has anyone run in to this problem? Any thoughts on what to do?
Trustee Sale is set for October 11th when I asked the negotiator to postpone since we had not received the approval letter he said, "that's not an issue."
Significant Issue!!!
I have a Green Tree as a second. What can be done when they are seeking 90% of the balance to release the note? The seller's are elderly and sickly and I've explained that but they do not care. Most of the SSI goes towards medical and health needs. The negotiator's response was, "based on the fact that that seller's cannot pay the $11K I will close the file and send it to collections."
What can be done?
Alternate Green Tree fax is 1-877-612-2422. Adding to group info.
Thanks I will do that, really appreciate your help. Hope to be able to help you to in the future :)
