As long as you have an analyst assigned to the file they shouldn't make you start over. At least this has been my experience with Chase

Does anyone know if Chase will allow a substitution of another offer? I just received a counter from Chase and not sure if the buyer will take it. But I have another cash buyer ready to jump in and take it. Just not sure if Chase works like some other lenders who say "start over"!!!

Chase negotiators work in their emails. Their fax numbers go to their emails. Chase phone #s have a lot of issues. But always remember your negotiator is not the one retrieving the voice mails. Someone else does that and then gives them the messages. So sometimes your message may not get through. I have the cell phone # of our special Chase negotiator:)

Attn Trent Jones: per your questions about the Chase Negotiator called and left you his phone number but you can not get a hold of him.
What you need to do is if you have his fax number....send him a fax...this is the best way I have found to communicate with a Chase Negotiator

I initiated the escalation but it seems the order comes from the investor. I will keep moving it forward. Thanks for responding. Cralos.-

they will accept.....push back on them....of you are an agent, one of the best lines (this is in my book): "Mr. negotiator, I spoke to my broker and he/she is PISSED!!!! If this Buyer walks and the home goes to foreclosure, there was talk of a lawsuit, can I have your supervisor speak with my broker so we can get this resolved?"
Again, push back, they WILL let you use an LLC. The negotiator you are dealing with is simply going off of a script he/she was provided. They will give you a hard time, but, it can get done......don't be afraid to go to the executive office as well.
