Hey Gang! Just a quick tip. Do NOT put the seller loan number in the subject line in an email that you are sending to a negotiator at BofA. They are told to delete any email with loan number in the subject line. You're okay to put the L/N in the body of the email.

I heard about this a few weeks ago. Has to do with security reasons from what I was told.
Interesting when we have been hammered by all other lenders to put that in the subject line.
Thanks for the heads-up on this. I was skeptical (is it not logical that my negotiator would have mentioned it in one of our numerous discussions since it's pretty important info?!), so I emailed her about it. She confirmed your info. Of course, I didn't think to ask what they DO want in the subject line, so thanks Kent for your follow-up.
That's only when you have an assigned negotiator and you got his/her email address?
besides that they want everything by fax. Now with Equator is different story beucause you have to upload all the cr.p again that's ridiculous.
