Popular Bank

Has anyone had any experiences with Popular? They have the 2nd on a short sale I am doing for a client. 1st is approved by Chase and we have been sending everything to Popular all along the way. They dont have anyone in the "short sale dept" that you can talk with, its all through email...and you dont even know who you are emailing. "I just had the same issue with Chase and when I could not get the buyer to come to the price the negotiator wanted she closed the file.  I sent her a new HUD1 showing the additional $5000 contribution and a market anaylsis of the property…"
