Popular Bank

Has anyone had any experiences with Popular? They have the 2nd on a short sale I am doing for a client. 1st is approved by Chase and we have been sending everything to Popular all along the way. They dont have anyone in the "short sale dept" that you can talk with, its all through email...and you dont even know who you are emailing.
The 1st approval expires next week, any suggestions on how to get through to Popular?

I found their facebook page, posted on there, had a response from their social media person within an hour. Heard from a "Director" shortly after that and had approval in my email an hour later. Wow! Should have thought of that a long time ago.
