Chase crediting up to $35,000
Has anyone had any experience with this? Not sure how accurate it is...been having quite the opposite experience with Chase.

Yes. My client was offered 10k at closing, plus they placed him in HAFA for another 3k. He had an old WAMU loan. Only problem is, he has a large 2nd with a small credit union, and I believe the 2nd has to approve any cash coming to seller on the HUD. This new Chase program says they will have an answer in 10 days once the offer is submitted. They order the BPO up front.
