How to find a referral agent

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.
***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.
First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.
So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.
Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.
Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

Listen Ray there is nothing like the 4 seasons, and the summertime fun of Lake Michigan. Chicago is 30 miles to the west, and Michigan 30 miles to the east. You can't get better than that. Check out my Munster, IN listing at altisource.com.

We are nagotiators working nationwide....we have been in 16 states thus far and nothing stopping us from helping you.
Wife and I went through a BK about 5 years ago (we lost 9 properties b/c we did NOT know how to navigate teh short sale jungle) and have been helping both Sellers and agents navigate the process ever since.....

We are a title agency that handles short sales for the agent. We would rather have you out selling the next home and not sitting on hold for a negotiator to pickup the phone.........Servicing all 88 counties in Ohio...

even with credentials ...there are times when one doesn't feel much like a specialist.
And yes, there is a lot of expertise on this site. I mainly work as a buyer's agent ...so I have fewer war wounds!

LOL! Thanks everyone! I too appreciate all your input and efforts to reply, esp. when I know it's not always convenient. I was just kiddin... I just don't feel like much of a ss specialist with the game changing on us weekly, compared to everyone's pitching in about what specialists they are.
Anyway, with all your help, I do work the Northeast Florida market.
