How to find a referral agent

There are now three ways to find an agent to refer to.
***A referral is a real seller or buyer looking to buy or sell real estate. PLEASE do not use the email blast to tell others you will pay a referral fee. That is NOT a referral. It is spam. And it's not allowed.
First, you can type in City and/State in the search box that's there when you click on the new "Find An Agent" tab at the top of every page. But remember this search is only as good as the information that we enter into the site.
So please go to your profile and make sure you enter your State and city or cities. Just separate by commas and you can add multiple cities.
Secondly, if you are logged in to the site and place your cursor over the "Find An Agent" tab you will see a sub tab "Referral Map". Take a couple of minutes and add yourself to the map. This will link back to your profile.
Thirdly, you can send out a message to the members of this group. Just look right over there to the right and "Send Message to Group".

Working a Short sale for many monoths and the Buyer takes off just after or before approval. No Fear- we work with Buyers that will step in and keep you contract valid. No need to risk otherwise being black balled for keeping a contract in the system active when you know that in fact the deal has died. We have a better solution that we call it "The Piggyback" which may save your seller and you as the Listing Agent some big headaches and get you closer to your closing pay DAY. I am here in Fort Lauderdale Florida and have been doing short sales for almost 3 years . The Short Sale market is still very active. Foreign and local investors are back.

When you are located in the capital of California, Sacramento, that had tremendous building going on in the early 2000's - that's when both buyers and investors are making fantastic deals on newer properties in desirable areas.
Can't build them (even now) for what they are selling for. And if by chance, you are looking for luxury, high end homes how does 40-50% off last sale price sound? [email protected]
