Their phone system is definitely not fun.

Anybody know if the short sale supervisor is still the contact below? I called ss dept this morning three times, and every time I was forwarded to someone's voicemail who, of course, doesn't have enough room available to leave a message. Just trying to get a short sale initiated on Equator and thought I'd email the supervisor.

When you submit a new Nationstar short sale on equator, the system will tell you "Thank you, someone will contact you shortly." When you get that message they will need 5-7 BUSINESS days to process the file on their (busy) end and send you a message IN EQUATOR to start the tasks.

I was given this number as the 'short sale department' today --- 888-708-4043 - appeared to be a bit quicker through the system.

Thanks Adam! I was just logging in to check to see what others had to say. We are in the same boat. I love this website!

For all you agents just joining this group who had loans sent to Nationstar FROM Suntrust...be prepared. None of the loans sold on Dec 1 to Nationstar will 'be in their system' till the 13th to 'service'. I called back three times, got 3 different people, all said the same -- although I was told it may vary by investor (in my case, Fannie). I already had an approval letter with one, as well...back to waiting...hooray.

My mortgage was recently transfered to Nationstar Mortgage (it's not in default) so they sent me the correspondence address (this is where to send a Qualified Written Request). So in the interest of sharing it is:
Nationstar Mortgage LLC
Attn: Customer Service
350 Highland Drive
Lewisville, TX 75067

I agree Nationstar is super fast I have 2 of them with them one is closing next week the other is going to foreclose. They already postponed the auction date 30 days and will not do it again. So sad the buyer walked and we quickly got a new one, but they told me they had to close in the original agreed time frame (from the old buyer) who was conventional financing and the new one is FHA (no way could happen) so they said well I guess you have to find a cash buyer as we can't postpone the auction date again. Not sure what to do. Anyone had them postpone more than 1 time? I feel bad for my client. I have NEVER had a bank do this before...
