Thank you I will look up the Investor.  We lost the Buyer today - I have them lock in for 60 days, and today was the 60th day.  So discouraging to work so hard marketing, counseling Sellers, constant follow up with Buyer's Agents - and then have a Lender blow the transaction apart because of non responsive, apathetic attitudes.

Terry, nationstar is very non-responsive. Find out who the investor is (through MERS Fannie/Freddie loan lookup, or a QWR) and use them to force Nationstar to move things along.

I am having the worst time with NationStar, they don't respond to emails in the EQ system,  they don't call back. I was told this file would be expedited, by a supervisor, recieved a counter in the EQ system I responded quickly - , then nothing.  I am apprehensive because they have dropped the ball several times on this file, and my Client's are beside themselves.  This is the second short sale I have with them, and honestly they are the worst, most unprofessional team within the Lender profession I have dealt with - and I have closed a lot of short sales.  Has anyone else had this terrible experience with them (both files of ours)?  What did you do to move forward and succeed with them?

We have just initiated a nationstar short sale thru equator and the negotiator has emailed us a guideline for document submission that I'd like to share nationstar%20equator%20task%20guidelines.pdf

The offer and all other required documents including 'Nationstar's mortgage application' were submitted through the equator system.  What type of response time have people been getting from Nationstar once an offer is sent in?  Bank didn't ask to a seller or buyer to fill out the arm's length form yet. Thank you very much for your comments. Julia.

Have anyone has a contact number for short sale other that

866-312-2432 or CS

888-480-2432? Short sale line usually has over 45 minutes wait before someone answer. Email to the negotiators thru Equator aren't responded. Any successful ideas? Thanks in advance!

My short sale was transfered from SunTrust to Nationstar, at that point did not have offer, but went to Equator .com to set up account. I never got an email from them, but when I checked backed to equator it was there waiting for me to accept. I got an offer, submitted it and less than a week had BPO, now just waiting for result.

At above number have an extension for Jonathan Bradley, voicemail is full. But have communicated via email and through equator.

I would go back to equator everyday to see new status update.

Does anyone have talked to Nationstar with the number above? I had an offer and try to initiate short sale through equator. Do I just need to initiate it and wait 5-7 business days until they contact me? I tried to call 888-480-2432,866-312-2432,888-708-4043 but nobody answer the phone. Any comments will be appreciated! Thank you.
