@Kevin - yes it was a WAMU loan. We have another client who received a $30k incentive letter who had a WAMU loan. I have only ever seen the incentive letter for WAMU loans.

@Kevin - Yes. We closed one with Chase in March and our seller received a check for $35k. The purchase price of the property was $227k.

It was assigned to the negotiator on 5/31.  The BPO was done in May.  You never know with Chase.  It is a cash buyer.  Good offer.

Not yet.  It was assigned to a special HAFA negotiator in Texas.  They confirmed and had me put both the $3000 HAFA and the $20,000 incentive on the HUD.  So we will see.

@Suzanne,   HAFA with a separate Chase incentive Letter?  Have you already received an SSA?

Not yet.  I have two with them right now.  I will let you know how it goes.  One is also HAFA.  So that will be interesting.  It also has a PNC 2nd - so I am not sure how that is going to work.  I am sure PNC will want all of the incentive money to cover their deficiency.

Has anyone actually closed on one of the infamous Chase incentive Short Sales???

@ Elvira. I had the same problem. Submitted a complete short sale package and didn't hear from anybody for 2 months...! Every time I called I was given the same answer, same updates. So, I called their Executive Office 888-310-7995 and complaint. I received a call from the negotiator that same day and received my approval the week after. Good luck to you.
