Has anyone worked with Elaine Christiano from the recovery department Im looking for her email address. I have tried all kinds of combinations and they all bounce back.
I called Chase this morning. Placed me on hold. I pressed "O" for operator.
The robo-system stated that is does not recognize that extension and then a CSR picked up in less than 30 seconds.
I never had to wait on hold for Chase for more than 5 minutes and it is usually only 60 seconds before someone picks up.
OH! And I got updates from that single call CSR on 3 separate files.
@Titus I havent experienced long wait times in a while. However, back in the day the earlier you call the less wait time.
Don't know the trick to not having to wait, but if anyone knows one, can't wait to hear! I thought that Bof A's music was the worst and most irritating. My only solution so far has been to put them on speaker phone and multi-task while waiting.
Is there a trick to not waiting 45+ minutes to speak to the Chase Preservation Team? And the waiting music has to be a joke. There is no way they aren't trying to torture any Realtor brave enough to wait on the line. Any tips to get around the wait? Thanks!

I closed my last Short sale today !!!!!!
I said I will,Never,Ever,Ever do a another Short Sale !
Then, When I was changing status in MLS,
I realized it's only been 2 1/2 months since i took over that listing !
My Goodness ! It seems like I had that listing forever and ever !
After all the trouble,
*Chase Bank net $6,000 more than they originally approved
*Buyer was happy enough to pay little more than listed price.
*Seller received $20,000 from Chase Bank
*We, Agent got a handsome amount of commission (in my opinion)
I said I'll never do a another short Sale, but you know....
I feel that I just figured out how to close these monsters.
I just can't quiet right now.
And Yes, I think my Seller was little(!) happy.
Because, He said "Thank you" more than once, maybe two or three times.

HAFA relocation assistance of $3,000 will be paid only to the primary resident (borrower or occupant) of the property at time the agreement is executed. The resident must vacate upon closing. Vacant properties are not eligible for HAFA relocation assistance.
yes, investment property can be submitted to determine HAFA eligibility, like you said, though - no incentive. The waiver is the important part anyhow.
