Yes, My seller was unable to upload. My negotiator asked me to upload them to Equator... which I really did not want to do.

That is the site that BofA has been sending sellers to for quite some time. When they run into problems, get their username and password and upload them yourself :)

If the seller is not willing to take any more time or in several of my cases no computer, I have had them call the main call center number and provide the information directly over the phone. I have also brought them into my office to use my system in uploading the information.

ASk your negotiator for the financial doc.. it is in a spreadsheet. I have had a few sellers fill it out and then I upload it for them in tasks and make negotiator aware of it by e-mail. I do not have it on this comp but do have it at home if they dont respond to you by tomorrow.

I never have my seller upload their docs.
I do it through the library, then I e-mail all through equator and outlook (read receipt request)
then I call the ss 800# and advise that it's been done.

That's me...control freak and the fact that I learned after I had a few short sales denied because the homeowner
never imputed their financial.
