I seriously said NO MORE OCWEN after my last Ocwen short sale, or at least NOTHING with a sales date. Well, I got a packet all ready to go last week and the homeowner announced a sale date of 4/21. I sent the packet in and was told the file was complete and that they would order BPO. 7 days!! 7 days went by no BPO. I finally emaild Ron Faris today. I got a call in 30 minutes from a woman who exclaimed they won't postpone, but if they issue approval could my buyer close?!!? The woman is reviewing to see if we can get approval in 24 hours.
It's a financed offer. I think likely NOT. I found the investor is US Bank but I have NO idea where to start there. Anyone have any advice on this one?

OK, I already have an update. I've NEVER seen an approval this fast. Got it right after I wrote this post. The buyers are attempting to close by 4/20. Keep your fingers crossed that there are NO hold ups.
LOL....You got me on that one. I REALLY won't take Ocwen sales if there is a foreclosure date set. They are unrealistic to say the least. I LITERALLY had this whole package together to submit and BAM the seller tells me there is an auction.
It's on the buyers at this point.
