I have 2 files I tried to initiate, but so far I keep getting error messages on both.
I tried to yesterday but it told me that the social I was using didn't match. The social that I have is the correct one so I don't know.
Same error on both of mine.
My negotiator told me that they weren't rolling it out until the 21st.
They are on Equator right now, at least there is a pull down tab.

Ijust tried again and got the same message: The information entered does not match our records or the SSN entered is not for the primary borrower on the property. Please review the information provided and try again or contact Customer Service at (866) 903-1053 in order to process this short sale.

I called Wells and they said they are having issues that it will be manually entered...:-(

same error today for me....

Same response for me today...Also, the customer service number they list in the error response isn't for Equator. This is the Equator line- 866-932-1656 opt #3.
Equator is saying they should have it resolved by this afternoon. If you cannot do it online, call Equator number and they might have an internal work-around before they resolve it online for everyone. We shall see...I was told by both Wells and Equator that they could not move it forward manually. It had to be done online and there was nothing to do until their engineers get it resolved. Hard to believe, but I'll check back in a few hours and see.

I was told by a Wells Fargo rep that only first time submissions can be set-up through Equator. Also, no FHA loans as with BOA.
I was just able to initiate one after several attempts; it initiated one and it's now showing on my list of Short Sale properties on Equator. However, my submission did not prompt any tasks and when I tried to upload through library, it doesn't allow and a message comes up saying that I should contact processor and send through email to processor, yet no negoatiator or processor they're calling, assigned. However, it does allow messages so I sent a message to WF processor. I'll let you know how it goes.
Hey, I just received a task to upload 3rd Party Authorization, perhaps its ready to roll now!
