Evelyn, escalate to the negotiator's supervisor under the guise of "negotiator out of the office". That's a built-in, good excuse to ask for escalation - use it! Good luck!
OBTW: On all my Cite shorts, the negotiator's have always listed their immediate supervisor in the footer/email signature of their emails.
How did you get this resolved. I am also in a very frustrating situation with thim and need contact ifo for someone who can make something happen.

When I needed to escalate with Citi, I emailed Bryan Bolton, who I believe is in charge of Loss Mitigation. He replied to me within 5 minutes.
