Unbelievable, sent in 5 times to 3 sets of numbers. My confirmation says they got, Chase employees says they have not. Perhaps it's lost somewhere between here and one of it's foreign offices. Chase's employee says it's possible. Suggestions anyone....

Keep sending it until they get it, send it 5 times per day and they will eventually get it. Typical for Chase. OR you could email it to the CEO at [email protected] and ask him to upload it since his employees are not smart enough to do it.
Try putting the loan number on top of the authorizaon page and faxing it in.

Was this originally a Chase loan? If not, find out who had the loan previously, (I think Chase took over some WAMU and other loans) or have your client do it since you are not authorized, and get a fax number for the Servicer that had the note PRIOR to Chase.
loan number is at the top of every page.
Oma,
I sent my authorization to fax no. 866-272-0040 and within 24 hours they confirmed they had it and could speak with me.
And this was as recently as last week ~~
Hope this helpful, I know how frustrating their system can be.
thanks, will resend to this number.
Hi, I went through this several times I swear I faxed it like 90 times. I faxed it to 4 or 5 different numbers. Found out if its not the kind of authorization they like or want they won't use it. So make sure you have everything on there that they require.
Rita.
