Submitted our full short sale package to WF traditionally (was unable to set up on Equator) for set up.  It took them 3 weeks to tell me that an ATP had already been issued/sent to the homeowner & they were waiting for that to be returned before they could set up the file.

It took them another 2 weeks to actually get me the ATP, which we had signed & returned same day.  They took another week to request updated bank statements which were provided to them on the 25th of June.  My next status call on this past Tuesday the call rep indicated a request was sent on 6/26 for the file to be set up with the FHA set up team & that it would take 3-5business days to be set up (the 5th day being yesterday).

I called in this morning to confirm our set up & assignment to a negotiator......and NOTHING! AGAIN! Call rep (whom I spoke with on Tuesday 7/3), said she would send a message to her manager who "definitely has a contact with a manager" in the FHA department to see about getting this addressed.

I am livid - does ANYONE have any contact at all in the FHA department at WF or with any upper level manager who can actually get things accomplished?

I'm about ready to lose my marbles!  All requested documents have been returned in a prompt manner & we're pretty anal about having complete packages.  I just do not get what the hold up is?

Tony Delgado --

Email him -- I had the same issue SS flounder for 4 months -- got his info from someone in this group...  4 weeks later we closed it -- Good luck!!

Thank you SO much! I'll definitely try & get in touch with Tony.

I would love a contact name and number myself. I have been working on a short  sale with them for well over a year now. The first offer was in May 2011. The latest offer went in May 31. They took it out of short sale status with an active offer!

Then, they didn't notify me that this was happening! Poor Customer Service!

They are now setting the file back up, but a whole month has elapased where they've had a really good offer on this property. This is the 3rd  attempt to get an offer approved on this property.

Let me know if you find out who to contact!

I am having the same problem with an FHA loan with BofA...my package has been in since 2/9 and it is nothing but delays, new forms, different negotiators and still nothing.

My file is not in Equator either so I have to call, email or Twitter to get attention paid to my file. Frustrating!

Feel your pain. I had submitted FHASS 1/3 and nothing for almost 3 months. I took a chance and just set up a short sale in Equator so there would be something for me to follow.  It took a few more weeks and what I found out is that the first few weeks (not that they tell you) is that they ordered an appraisal and then they get the ATP (which they did not do until I started in Equator), that's why you don't hear anything at first.  Then it was constant bugging so I could upload the PA as a task.  I took a chance, but I think the negoiators like Equator above faxes and they're getting more used to it.  To be honest nothing much really moved forward until I emailed management that my absolutely irrate seller was filing a complaint with the OCC.  Then the negotiator actually called me.  1st offer cancelled new one submitted around 3/10 closing next week.

B of A doesn't process FHA loans in Equator.

I am also having this problem with Wells Fargo - the CS rep - 3 different ones- were going to send an escalation to my negotiator and his manager and I would hear from them in 24-48 hours.  Let's see - that was the 2nd of July and still have yet to hear anything.  They have a manual in front of them of what to say and that statement is on about page 2......my negotiator says that he'll return the call in 4 business hours if I call before 6 pm EDT which I do daily.  This is a joke and somehow we need some lobbying on behalf of our homeowners who are the ones getting hurt - to say nothing of the hours we put in only to have the home foreclosed on and we get zip, nada.

If anyone has a name and number please pass it along.  I totally agree and sympathize with your frustration and anger, Anna, and one would think the homeowner would be able to sue these creeps!

Anna, did you get any help with Tony?  I e-mailed him with my issue and he got right back to me and ask me to send some info to see if he could help  I sure hope he can help - my main concern is that WF on the 4th counter lowered the price of our purchase agreement by $50,000 - my negotiator finally got back to me saying this price was correct.  I CAN'T believe that - especially if they try to hold my seller to the deficiency.  Keep me posted if you get help from Tony, please.
