HAFA success in Lynnwood, WA with BofA !

I just completed a short sale in Lynnwood using the HAFA program and it was great. The buyer got a beautiful home for an outstanding price and the seller was able to walk away with no deficiency on a 1st and 2nd Mortgage of over $250,000.
