Hi, Has anyone run into any issues either getting an approval, or getting a commission paid as a buyer's agent representing themselves as principal in the purchase of a short sale?

I used to jsut give these names, direct phone numbers and e-mails, but, found they were getting posted on sites like this, getting FLOODED with calls and requests, then, they would chagne their numbers and/or e-mails......I am sure you could imagine
