Absolutely! Update on this short sale I thought you would want to know: I contacted the Fannie Mae agent that was helping me with this and told him that my client only received a recorded message. Within a half and hour I got an e-mail with a FULL APPROVAL ON BOTH LOANS AND A CLOSING DATE...they also didn't touch our commission or ask for a cash contribution. I will definitely let you know if I need help in AZ. Go Sun Devils...my dad's alma matter!
