I am a Realtor working in Temecula, Murrieta and Winchester Area in Riverside, CA. My goal is to help my clients in every way possible. Short Sales require knowledge and my ability to stay on top of it, following through every step of the way. I will guide you through the process and working together with you to make it as smooth as possible. I know this is a difficult time for you and I am here to assist you in relieving this difficult situations and to be by your side every step of the way from beginning to end! I will be there for you when you need me, it is as simple as that! If you contact me me before 7:00 pm (email di@di4homes.com or (951)514-5709, I will respond within 30 minutes, if after 7:00 pm I will respond in the morning. I am an early bird so please let me know what is the best time to call in morning.
I will keep you posted weekly on the process, progress and activity that occured from the previous week.
I will market your house agressively on the internet to get you the needed exposure with today's savy buyers. I am both E-pro Certified and Short Sale Certified.
I will guide you through everything you need to get together so I can submit a full and complete package to the bank, once we have an accepted offer.
I will absolutely contact the bank on a regular basis and make sure they have everything nessessary and to get it pushed forward to achieve desired outcome.
