Has anyone had any luck on getting BOA to accept less than what they countered on Equator? I talked to the negotiator and she says that if the buyer will not accept, then I have to put it back on the market. The buyers offer is not bad. I have comps to support. I have no idea what the appraisal came in at, but when I talked to the appraisor he did say he would review the comps I gave him. FYI, the negotiator seems clueless. I had to talk to her manager because she wanted to remove the prorated taxes! Help!!

Yiikes!! What did the manager say? DON'T reject it :-) .....you will have to start all over then. Can your buyer come up a 1,000 or so to counter their counter? Even 500.00 will keep it alive. :-).......I learned from Ben Benita - NEGOTIATE always negotiate. Think about how you can make it work and make sure you answer by the time allocated. Don't hit the reject button.
Thanks. Yes, don't want to start over. I will see if buyer will come up even a little. Hope it works!!
