Servicing Transfers to Ocwen
o Ocwen will honor all non-expired short sale approval letters issued by the prior servicer. An
approval letter reflecting the originally approved terms will be re-issued on Ocwen letterhead
when the loan is transferred .
o Short sales in process but not approved by the prior servicer will require an Ocwen short sale
package to initiate a new request .
o All Authorized Third Party information provided by the prior servicer will be uploaded as part
of the loan transfer process, so as to minimize disruption to the communication process.

And oh yes, two calls to the Ombudsman's office... the second of which promised me a call within 24 hours (that deadline is passed) and gave me the name of a new negotiator, but when you call the number he gave me, there is no voice mail, and no opportunity to enter an extension.

I am in the 7th level of voice mail hell with Ocwen. I have left 11 messages for the original negotiator, not counting the four times her voice mail is full. Three separate random CSR's said they would email her and ask her to call. We have had a short sale offer in since 9/23, and she has called twice, both times to the office after hours.

on 10/26, I called Ron Ferris's office and complained to the secretary who put me in touch with "Valerie" who assured me that the file had been escalated and that someone would call by the end of week. So far, I have left 5 messages for Valerie, and the original negotiator's voice mail says she is out of town.

I have left two voice mails for Ron Kaltenbach, an additional message today for Ron Ferris,as well as an email, and have even taken their phone survey and complained, in the hopes that someone would call me back.

At this point, a road trip to Palm Beach is starting to sound totally reasonable.

Any more ideas?

God I hate Ocwen got an approval on Sept. 21, Property was going up for auction on Oct 7, so the approval was only good through that date. So I go to court and get a 30 day extention. I then go back to Ocwen with the extention get a new approval within 72 hr. great I get an appraisal title survey everything is ready to close ecept when title agent does lien search we have a shed violation with a lien of $10,590.00 ouch... I go back to Ocwen to negotiate the lien and they say they will not pay it so I ask for 15 days to negotiate the lien with the county and Ocwen tells me flat out no. So I am now at the point were the borrower has filed BK to stop the auction. I send the suggestion of BK to my negotiator at Ocwen and now he tells me to call him when the BK is released to start Negotiations again. I am going crazy with this deal already..... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am just waiting for another OCWEN short sale so that I can call Ron Faris and this reporter out for another lie to/from the media. I have tried to contact this reporter many times but she does not have the nerve to talk to me because she knows her story is all BS

Ocwen requested package to be all cash and gave a price $15k above market. Someone has their hand in the till. The representative told me that they OCwen make more money running the sale through their REO dept. They have refused the shortsale based on terms....not willing to postpone 10/14 sale date.
