How can I Escalate or get Help at Wells?
I did a short sale with Wells not to long ago which was insanely frustrating, but at least when I succeeded in moving the file forward to the Negotiator I had a person who would communicate, and would reach out to someone who could make decisions.Now that Wells has gone to Equator, everyone is hiding behind the labyrinth of gibberish messages and emails that require a password to open. My seller's house was damaged due to a hurricane. Insurance money went to WF;s Property Loss dept. Buyer wants repairs completed before settlement, short sale is approved, contractor has provided required estimate. WF Property Loss is now holding everything up.
