Hi Rizwan, thanks for joining. What are your experiences with Navy Fed?

Nobody had this happen? I'm just unlucky, NFCU is pulling a fast one?

NFCU just called me to ask for additional docs - court papers for child support, nothing major - but they did inform me they will charge the SELLER $100 to do the BPO..!?! Paid beforehand, cant' be charged to anyone else via the HUD...What is this?! The SELLER, and $100? She told me this is standard for NFCU, anyone have any thoughts on this? Person calling told me she was the supervisor, apparently the negotiator only just assigned to me is no longer employed there...she'll be handling the file for the time being...did I hit jackpot, or should I play dumb?

Move any money out of there asap. There are horror stories out there...If you have a joint account with a relative with ANY bank you have your mortgage with.....close the account and put it elsewhere

Navy Fed told my clients they absolutely would not allow them to bank with them if they did the short sale. Burns me up, too!

Agreed, I already advised my client to start exploring banking elsewhere, though he is understandably hesitant. You'd think they'd do everything to KEEP him after the short sale...but no. Crash and burn at all costs, haha.

Adam - FYI - I have a client that did not move their funds out of their Navy Fed account and when they were late, Navy Fed helped themselves to the missed payment. No, it does not seem that they regard our career military or loyalty to Navy Fed in the least.

No problem, I'd heard that was a possibility as well, thank you for your input.

oops, sorry I mean well. It happened to mine and I just want to share. Just be prepared.

They haven't yet, Amy, don't jinx it! I told the seller to let me know ASAP if they do.
