Hi guys,Equator prompted me to upload listing agreement and short sale listing addendum on a WF short sale. I just uploaded the ones I sent to them the first time when the file was opened -- but I am reading they need to be done every 60 days.....do they mean a brand new listing agreement? Citibank is second lienholder -- refuse to accept what Chase is offering on HUD-1 -- Citi says that unless they get $15K and the $20K that Chase is offering to seller is rescinded they will let property go to foreclosure.I need to talk to someone to get past the stonewaller to figure out if this is the God's honest truth and this is Citibank's policy.Help please.See More

Hi all,This is the file that would not die.Chase is 1st lienholder. Citi is second lienholder.Homeowner has gone thru a BK7 which has been discharged.Chase offered homeowner $20K on HUD if owner sold house for market value. We have an offer over market value -- offer accepted by Chase, Chase put together HUD-1, HUD-1 passed along to Citi, Citi is balking at the $3K Chase is offering them to release the lien.Basically they won't release lien for $3K when Chase is giving homeowner 20K. Here's the situation: I have a seller who has a 1st mortgage w/chase, 2nd mortgage w/citi. Seller went thru Chapter 7 BK, it has been discharged. Chase approached seller about doing a short sale -- which we are in the process of doing. Chase has approved the preliminary HUD-1, paperwork then faxed to Citibank for them to sign off (we sent it where they said we should).When we called to check on paperwork w/Citi a few days later they informed us it was faxed to the wrong department and the…See More
