It worked! But now I can't find it on this site again to see who to give credit to! Someone posted the name of Kimberly Dawson at BofA. I sent her an email about my horrendous short sale with them and she sent an email to a negotiator to escalate ASAP!

they have been promising me that they will assign to an analyst for over 2 weeks now? Everyday they keep telling me to call back tomorrow? The house is in foreclosure so i am rnning out of time, please advise

Gotta tell you that I finally got my approval from a guy at BOFA who was appalled at the lack of interest the last negotiator took. He approved $100 more than the last one cancelled short sale for over 1 1/2 months ago! ThanK you Kimberly Dawson.
I can only laugh now b/c approval is for 30 days and first lienholder, Saxon has cancelled their approval and said I need to start all over. They are on a 60+ day cycle. This could go on for years!!! :-) I only smile b/c otherwise you scream or cry.
Remember, anyone who has an email to a negotiator or a CS. Send them an e-card after your transaction. You never know if you will get them again. Because I do that, they respond to me with random questions even though it isn't at their desk or responsibility.
Yes, I always ask for a re-assignment. They usually grant it. Many negotiators kick out the deal for silly issues. Don't be discouraged. Keep forging through them. You will get someone who cares and push you through. A Customer Service rep got me in contact with a manager today. He made sure my negotiator called me today. She is going to have a full approval for me next week. It does work...kill them with kindness.
