FASLO Solutions...Has anybody had any successful dealings with these folks. They either service or bought the EMC loans from Chase bank. They are totally unreasonable. Will not start negotioations unless they are getting 25% of the loan balance....and they are in 2nd position. I have 3 deals with them and am about to lose them all. HELP!!!!.

    Yes I have done several with them. And I just closed on one last week was an easy one for me also. They sat in 2nd Negotiated 40k to $2500 however seller was very delinquent. If you stop calling them they will call you . . .

    Jayne - I had one with them and they were EASY, approved and closed! I am serious. It might have to do with the investor on that one. Still try to negotiate.
