Hi Souzan, I read your comments regarding HAP on the posting wall. I have just listed my first HAP sale and I was wondering what, if any, verbage you suggest posting in the MLS to disclose this type of sale to prospective buyers and their agents. And once you received a contract, did you attach an addendum to the contract and if so, which one? The FAR short sale addendum doesn't seem appropriate, but I don't know of a HAP specific one. I'm assuming we'll have to write one up, so I'm hoping you can advise on how you handled that. Also, did you ever find out the answer to your question... What is the timeline the HAP office needs once a contract has been submitted? I thought you asked very significant questions, and I'd very much appreciate your thoughts!
