Extensions of Time to Close

I have a HAFA-approval with LRC as the vendor. Approval gave 45 days to close which should have been more than enough time, but unrealistic buyer thought there was time to make changes in his loan conditions and we lost much time. An additional 2 weeks to close has been given, but as of this moment, there is still no final approval on buyer's loan, and we are supposed to close this Friday. Does anyone have input on how often 2nd extensions of time (I don't want to do it) are given.

File went through all the non-HAFA hoops to get started--all cash buyer for last listed price was rejected by FNMA. I didn't have a looming foreclosure on mine, but I don't think Ocwen is in the business of taking property back either. It's a small bank. Assuming you have a signed offer and complete package, get it submitted, then call Josh (see previous posts by me).

Also, I saw a message from you about 4% commission, but didn't know how to respond. My first approval came back at 6%, but it didn't exclude recourse. Once I negotiated that out, they dropped to 5%, but I wasn't willing to go any lower. They would have had to take the property at that point. Protect your pay and stand your ground!

Yes those are the latest doc's I just used them in Jan / Feb to get short sale into the system.
