Regina P. Brown, a leader in her community, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 1988. Her passion is helping families create a legacy through financial education. "Why would we want to find the tax assessor records for a property?" you may ask. ANSWER: To prepare the HUD-1 before sending it to the short-sale lender.
