we have not done a WF Equator file....though it is obvisouly coming.
I would reach out to some of your contacts and see what they have to say....best of luck
Hi Jeff,
My experience with WF and WFHELOC is that they are two separate entities. I'd go ahead and process it just like you're doing; fax in the second...Good Luck!
This is probably a dumb question but....just to be sure.....are you sure that the First will be short?
HELOC short sale number for wells is 866-970-7821 Fax is 866-969-0103. If you call them, they are actually pretty helpful...if you get the right person. Be sure to get your client's authorization in as soon as possible so they can talk to you about the specifics of the loan. They will provide generic procedural information without that. Good luck! jane
Correct.
WF 1st through Equator and WF 2nd faxed in.
Want to warn everybody that if for some reason your file gets close in Equator with WF 1st you may not be able to re-initiate it in Equator.
I am in the situation where I had to fax in a short sale packet to WF 1st after having been in Equator before. Nobody at WF and Equator seems to know why there is a problem and what can be done about it.
have a first and second WF- they told me to fax both and not do Equator as of 2 weeks ago
Equator is not up to date and I have been having issues with it as well. They told me I can do a regular short sale til they get the system corrected so don't use Equator for now.
