funny, you don't look like a debbie

All pages should be submitted.
Yes, all pages.  Sellers with 100+ page tax returns really run up my e-fax bill!!

All pages need to be submitted and must be signed copies.

We only submit the first two pages. And although we have the entire return available should the lender ask for it, to date we have never been asked for more.
I only submit the bare minimum. If you are submitting more then you are really shooting yourself in the foot.  You are arming the bank with information they will use against your client. Think about it for a minute and you will get the picture.  Let them ask you for it. I have even submitted No Doc when clients have not done there returns.  Easiest short sales one can have.

Kevin,

I will try that next time to see but I am always asked to submit the full copy along with customers signing the 4506T and the lender will get the full copy anyway.  I would prefer only to submit first 2 - 3 pages, it would make my life simpiler.  I will try it.

Thanks, Kari
