After a wonderful fifteen year affiliation with my husband business, Battaglia Consulting, LLC, I was recruited by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in 2008. This partnership afforded me the opportunity to service my customers with the technology, worldwide connections, innovative tools and marketing resources needed in today's market.
Born in Long Island New York, I moved to Florida in 1977 with my family as a teenager. For over 18 years I developed a career in the stock brokerage industry focusing on estate planning. During that time I served as a Operations Manager and Licensed Sales Associate. I then married my husband, Doug, in 1995; a real estate developer and investor who grew up with a father who was a Custom Home Builder. With my prior business experience in the stock brokerage industry, my husband's background in real estate and having a family in the home building business, I was well suited for a career in real estate. By listening to my customers needs and focusing on their priorities, I help my customers make successful real estate decisions and develop lasting relationships.
Being a Venice/Englewood resident for over 33 years with three beautiful children (Michael, Anna & Rachael) all enrolled in the local school system, I'm personally committed to this unique community. My husband, Doug, and I are active in numerous local community groups. In addition I have served as Co-Chair for the VABR's Green Committee, am active in the chamber of commerce, and regularly volunteer my time to Habitat for Humanity.
I am a full time Realtor®, earning the designation GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute; SFR -Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource; SRES® - Senior Real Estate Specialist; I am also a certified At Home with Diversity®: One America real estate professional - all have provided me with the advanced marketing knowledge required to sell homes faster, and for more money in today's competitive marketplace. Additionally I have earned a Series 7, Series 63 and Florida Life and Variable Annuity Licenses.

If you give me an exact address I can check with my girl and see the status of your file. Keep in mind that they are looking to net 85% of appraised value to investor including commissions paid escrow, title, buyers cost etc. They normally charge a buyer a 1% processing fee that you can get around by submitting your file with and fha buyer terms.
