Being new to the BofA process, my FNMA file has the BPO completed but still no negotiator. Is this the norm? File was sent in September . . . any suggestions or comments?

I just had this happen on 1 of mine too!
The BPO could be for other reasons, I do alot of BPOs and most are not for short sales, most are for the banks information, they are probably in default or the loan is being sold to another servicer
Seller is in default and we have a purchase contract waiting to be negotiated. Finally got a negotiator assigned last week. Now the fun begins!
