Chase: Sr. Lien. Trustee Sale date set.
Wells Fargo: Jr. Lien.
Chase Sr. Lien is not short payoff (they will receive a full payoff from proceeds of the sale)but they do have trustee sale date set. We do have a robust offer and have submitted ss package to Wells Fargo Jr. Lien.
I have requested investor info. I plan on contacting Executive Resolutions and Executive Office requesting postponement and submitting all offer info as if it were short sale to Alt Short Sale Fax and both Executive Resolutions and Executive Office.
Does anyone have additional ideas/suggestions?

Hi Dave -
I think you are doing all the right things. You just have to keep after them and keep telling them they're getting a full payout. If there is any paperwork missing, be sure to get that in so the file is complete. Persistence usually works, but we did just lose one of these with a full payout to auction (can't remember the servicer). The seller was behind many months, and they had postponed 2-3 auctions already and I think they just refused to hold on to it any longer. We thought it was a bit bizarre that they wouldn't hold on for about a month to close and get paid back in full.
