The listing agent can't get a live person on the phone.  They just changed their phone service and all he get's is a voice mail.  They are very slow to respond.  They sent us the approval  letter but expired before we could get the 2nd approved.  When they did send us the second they gave only 7 business days to get it closed and of course the loan docs got to title day of expiration.  Now we can not get a hold of anybody to extend the approval for just a few days to get this deal done.  Any phone number?  Names of someone in that department that really can help us?!!!

The phone number is 866-570-5277. When you get their automated answering, and have given the loan number, DO NOT ENTER ANY NUMBER, enter only "0". Any other number put in before the 0 will take you to a dead end, that no one will ever answer. By putting in the 0, this will take you directly the the person that is responsible for that loan.

I tried to contact LBPS and nothing! I took your advice to not push any numbers and it directed me to the same dead end...any other advice on how to get a live person on the phone???

I am having the same issues. I get a voicemail and his voicemail box is full. I can't get anyone live on the phone and its been like this for weeks. Not sure what to do!
I was able to speak with a live person on my last call on September 17th , but am having the same issue as you've described today. I've called back a few times and tried different prompts with no luck. The rep's voicemail is full and I cannot even leave a message. I'm sure hoping someone has success in getting through and will post any tips for the rest of us.

I MADE CONTACT WITH A LIVE PERSON TODAY!
Called the same number several times and began trying every prompt getting a dead end & then I got through and got a lot of information on my transaction! I hope it works for all of you....here's what I did:
1. Call the same number (866) 570-5277
2. Enter "1" for English
3. When asked to provide, enter your client's loan number
4. When asked to provide, enter the last four digits of your client's social
5. When you get the recording with the menu options, select "5" which will be to enter your party's extension number (even though I didn't have an extension number)
6. When asked to enter the extension number I entered "*" (just an asterisk) not followed by anything else. I just waited for a couple of seconds and then a live person came on and started asking all of the normal questions they used to when they picked up the phone

Can't seem to get through at all been playing phone tag with the negotiator and have left more then 5 messages, of course 5 calls within the 5 days don't want to overwhelm them...

If anyone has another way willing to try...
It works! And I actually got connected to my Negotiator!
