Was your seller still current on payments when you submitted the S/S? I have a client with a first at Citi and she's still current but is relocating and we can't sell it for amount owed. I'm trying to figure out whether she needs to stop making the lst loan payments (2nd with PNC is now delinquent). After reading the comments about the difficulties of working the S/S when it has been farmed off to Collections, I'm considering having her keep payments current to expedite the process.
