What state are you in?? Most States have a State Disclosure in their contracts that details the parameters. In Cslifornia it is an SSA, Short Sale Addendum.
Yes we used the CAR form SSA used in California. Chase has also requested form BIA which is a Buyer Inspection Advisory, which is new. Not sure its a requirement tho on all files.
Interesting...It is usually part of the contract..So it would appear that the negotiator has some knowledge...there is the BIA-A and the BIA-B, which goes wtih the BRNN...The BIA is automactically included in the doc requirements for the puchase agreement. How about resubmitting the SSA again??? Do you use the SSIA???
