Loan Care? Anyone work with them before?
Just got a file with a second lien holder named Loan Care. It's a first for me. I guess they are a GMAC equity line sell off. They describe themselves on their site as "full service subservicing and interim subservicing" - Sounds like i'm dealing with a middleman...(sigh)

Just did one with Freedom Mortgage that the sent to Loan Care. Very professional and decent. It took over a month for a rep to be assigned and for the value to be ordered though.....
