Not that he has ever responded but my negotiator is on vacation this week!  The person I should contact while he is away also doesn't respond to emails or voicemail.  And when I emailed the team lead via Equator...it came back undeliverable!! Any suggestions?

Escalate to the VP. Any time that I have a negotiator on vacation,I have recieved an automated email stating who to contact. Send them a regular email outside of equator and see what gets returned back to you

Call in and escalate the file. Tell them you have received no response after (how many attempts). Ask for the negotiators supervisor, if that is who you already have that does not respond then ask for that persons supervisor. Sweet talking sugar will get you some honey. :0
Got a new negotiator but when you call her phone number is incorrect and no response to emails! Ugh
I was able to get an updated phone number for the negotiator through the Short Sale Customer Service 866-880-1232 number. The phone number listed for the negotiator in Equator was incorrect. Through Trial and Error I discovered that he never would answer the phone on Mondays or Fridays.

The number I was given for his supervisor was never answered, her e-mails always bounced back.

I received the most help by asking to speak with a manager in the Short Sale Customer Service Department after the file was escalated 3 times with no resolution to the problem. The manager that I spoke with was able to resolve my problem within an hour and a half
Thanks, we got it escalated yesterday by going through the Short Sale Dept. And were told that the first negotiator had a task assigned to him that was past due as of May 24th (we obviously can't see his tasks). Short Sale rep. suggested we call back every 48 hours.

I think BOA just makes things up. My negotiator still hasn't completed a task from 5/26/10 and no no has any answers other than to email her...phone number is incorrect.
I got this information from another page on this site but I called the Executive Customer Relations number 704-386-5681 and was transferred to someone in mortgages. Anthony was very helpful, took my complaint and then contacted the negotiator's supervisor through "instant communicator" (some form of chat I assume). She told him my negotiator was pregnant and is on bed rest so she is taking over her accounts. My agent is supposed to hear something in a couple of days. We'll see...
