Just an FYI - Aurora, REGARDLESS OF WHO THE INVESTOR IS ON THE NOTE, requires a full short sale packet at least 7 business days PRIOR to the foreclosure auction date in order to be CONSIDERED for cancellation.
The only exception I am told, if the Buyer is all cash and you escalate your file properly......
All my best to everyone.

MANY ways to escalate and it would take some time to do so on here...contact me directly and I can get more into detail.
As a general rule:
When I teach agents, I tell them to pretend your client is your mouther (assuming you love your mother):
"How hard would you try to prevent the foreclosure of your mother's home, perhaps the house you grew up in......?????"
If some "I could care less negotiator told you what you wrote below, and, you knew teh value to be otherwise, would you just let it go and accept it, or, fight like never before, contacting supervisor's supervisors, local media, web sites, anyone would you could to get it done.
BEST MOVE -- find out who the investor is on the note and contact them about the games being played....
It sounds to me like your negotiator just does not want to deal with you, nor does his supervisor, OR, you have made the mistake of irritiating them and you have been noted as being "beligerent" on your file....ask me how I learned about that little note.
