We are going through a Short sale with BofA and our account is in the negotiation phase. Our account was put on hold because the vendor has not removed a code from the BofA system that says we are interested in HAFA (we aren't and never were). Our 2nd has closed out their file since we have not been able to get approval from our first (BofA). We finally got a hold of someone at BofA that gave us a hotline number called Promiss. The mailbox is full. Is this a for real hotline?!!! Sounds wierd to me. Does anyone know about this hotline or have any info on how we can get someone to remove the code?
