You mean the collection agency ACI?  This is a company that handles a huge volume of Citi's charged off 2nd lien accts.

They say they are located out of 2420 Sweet home Rd #150 Amherst, NY 14228-2244

and their number is 877-255-6382  And you can ask for a Lisa, Julie, Gary Frampton, or Jessica.
