I initiated one and uploaded the 3rd party then it went nowhere.  I had to call-in several times and finally reached someone who told me they had not completed THEIR task to accept the 3rd Party Auth.  He got that done while I was on the phone and tasks started flooding into Equator.  I have uploaded everything they wanted now I am "waiting"......  Call into Nationstar and ask if all of their tasks are completed.

Cami - same thing same answers.  Called Nationstar a few times and just yesterday I had the Nationstar rep tell me I had the wrong loan number ( Aurora Transfer). While I initiated again with him on the line, it was finally going through.  Now I'm waiting on the assigned task as I was told it could take up to 5 business days.  I had faxed the LOA a few weeks ago.  Keep calling.

I can't even get it to show up in the properties list.  I had one rep tell me that I should try to initiate it 3-4 times an HOUR.  Equator says I need to have Nationstar assign it directly to me.  Last week, someone from Nationstar called me and we reviewed financials.  Thought I was making progress.  But, still no Equator.

Cami - Is this a former AURORA Loan ?  If so, the Loab # has been changed and you need to get the new # from Nationstar.

Yes -  I got new loan number.  Thats the one I'm trying to input.  Nationstar is telling me it won't show up on property list for 24-48 hours. Was that the case with you, as well?

Yes, I think it took 2 days to show up.  I know it's frustrating, hang in there.....

ok - that actually makes me feel better...Thanks for the input Thom.  Yes - it is frustrating to have worked on this for over a year only to have to start over. But that is the game we all play!

Okay - fianlly got someone at Nationstar who would "assign" the file to me.  And voila - Now its in Equator!

I initiated 2 short sales on Monday and as of today ALL tasks are completed, BPOs are done and I'm waiting on approvals. New tasks came in just as fast as I could complete them.
